Smooth transaction

My customer number is CST273501.The sale went smooth. Being the first time buyer, the staff were helpful both telephonically and in person when I enquired. I purchased an Opel Corsa 1.4i Esentia 2015 model. On the 5th working day, I received registration certificate on my name. I also requested for refund of my deposit which I received on the 6th working day without any hassles. However, I was disappointed when I won a bid on a Peugeot 3008 which was in Polokwane branch and later declined as it was subject to confirmation. Lesson learned is that view a car first on site prior bid and also avoid driving a car during collection even if it starts without 100% surety that the car is drivable.
