************* Service from Gobid Centurion
I am very disappointed and angry with GoBid Centurion, I bought a vehicle from them it was listed as a code 2, I have screenshot of this and when I won the bid I was then told I will not receive any vehicle registration documents as it's a code 3 it's used for stripping parts only....but on the website it states I can't be able to bid a code 3 vehicle if am not a registered dealer so how was the system able to sell me the vehicle am not allowed to buy, am not getting help with this and I have paid already for this vehicle I want to he given the vehicle paper or refunded, what they doing is unfair really didn't expect this kind of service from such a reputable company

17 Dec 2024, 08:11The vehicle you purchased was a Code 3 (Rebuild) and not a Code 3A (Stripping for Spares). Only Second-hand dealers can purchase a Code 3A, and this is why you could bid on a Code 3, it is not the same as a Code 3A. Once you have repaired your vehicle, you need to take it for a clearance before we can complete your Change of Ownership. You must then take your Police Clearance to the Licensing office to remove the clearance status, and then inform GoBid. Licensing will reject change of ownership on Code 3 vehicles, unless the vehicle has been cleared. Once we have changed ownership, you will have to do a Roadworthy with your vehicle in order to get a license disc. This is for your account. Please send copies of your clearances to ***.
