Sales Invoice Cancellation

Sales invoice cancellation. The vehicle condition was not as stated. The vehicle was portrayed as it has no key , and all the vehicle doors were locked. When I went to fetch the car the doors, were to my surprise all open,and the engine including gearbox where completely stripped. Gobid Bloemfontein branch, breach of sales states that 10% of the invoice amount should be deducted,which is acceptable. I have sent numerous emails pleading for assistance to no avail. The photographic evidence points to no key and doors locked.

I would like a refund due to this above mentioned reason.
