REFUND PROCESS TOO LONG

The one thing that I hate about this company is their lack of customer service.In order for one to bid for a vehicle,one is required to pay a deposit of R5000.If you do not bank with FNB ,then you must initiate a pay and clear for the funds to clear immediately.When you request a refund,then you are made to wait seven(7) days or more which I find very unacceptable.If you try to raise this issue with them,all you get is "this is standard policy".I try to point out to them that I paid immediately and why must I wait seven days for my money and they just ignored me.Imagine the scenario where they were to go into business rescue whilst holding our funds!
