Refund policy
I requested for a refund since 23/12/22 and haven't got the refund since then.First I was told that I didn't send proof of payment and I sent.After enquiring again on their WhatsApp platform I was told you're only on day six and deposits take seven days,to my surprise I just called now only to be told I need to resend the proof of payment again and wait for 4 to 7days.Is this how Gobid operates, like seriously

Refunds at GoBid are processed within 7 days. We need buyers to co-operate with us timeously in order to meet this deadline. In future, please submit the following documentation when requesting a refund online (A) Proof of ID if not on profile (B) Proof of Banking Details (C) Proof of Payment. These documents can also be emailed to ***. Kindly note that GoBid will only refund money to the originating account.

We received your proof of banking on 2 January, and your proof of payment on 5 January. On 5 January when we received all the correct documentation, we made an urgent payment for you on the same day. Thank you for your understanding.
