Refund/ no response

31 of May 2024 my husband asked me to deposit an amount of 5k to his gobid account I did so the account number was correct but I missed 1 number of the reference his CST212813 Gordon Bosa, so the regency I used was Cs212815 which was incorrect. He called the customer service he was advised to send the proof of payment which he did, but still the gobid company did not get back to him for his refund, he sent countless emails but know response
