Refund my deposit

Disrespectful unprofessional waste of time

Gobid was recommended to me by a friend and so I searched for them online but my mistake was not to ready review before paying my deposit

So my issue is getting my deposit back filled and unloaded all the required papers for one to get the refund and got a text saying refund pending it's over a week now no contact/communication from gobid to atlist acknowledge receiving my request Frustrated by not knowing if they did receive my request or not I decided to call them this is where I saw their true colour I phoned a contact number I got on their website and it took me 8-9mins of listening to that sad music waiting for an agent and after telling her my issue she told me but she was transferring my call to finance depart how I wished I had refused and ask her to assist cause that was the end of communication cause I waited for 16 good minutes for nothing ..no one from finance department came thru I just want my deposit l got want I was looking for at webuycars
