Refund

I deposit R5000. at Gobid. Then I bought a car from them and I was supposed to get my refund of R5000. They told me to submit my id copy, proof of payment and letter from my bank,they are going to refund me within 4-7 working days. I've send documents needed on the 8 May 2025. Until today I haven't receive any money, I tried to check my balance and statement. There is nothing . I have send them watsup on the 16 May they told me that I should wait for 72 hours. I do not know if is me who is unable to count or the money was send. But I do not see anything. Please help me Thank you very much
