Refund

I have bought so many cars never encountered an issue with the company until recently I've requested 5000 refund last month I've been made a fool until today I received an email saying my refund was rejected cause I've withdrawn the money how can one say that when my money isn't in my account how can I be de***** by the company I trusted I'll just contact lawyers cause this too much 5k is a lot for me to lose it just like that
