Poor customer service
Worst auction ever you are not allowed to view before auction ,they claim to have timed auction but they will add 2 minutes more than 15 time's until it reaches 30 minutes, They don't have options for individuals it's only for business were you must upload 2nd hand goods certificate,ck and proxy

This is similar to when bidders bid in person. When one person bids, the Auctioneer asks for more bids, if another person raises their hand, he will continue asking for bids. If no-one bids, the auctioneer will make a final call, then close bidding.

With regards to your comment about how you were unable to bid because it required a Secondhand Goods Certificate, this is true. As an individual, you can bid on a Code 2 or Code 3 vehicle without a Secondhand Goods Certificate. However, as an individual, it is against the law for you to bid on a Code 3A vehicle. These vehicles can only be purchased by businesses with valid Second Hand Goods Certificates, as they are purchased to strip for spares, and cannot be repaired and used on the road again.
