Ponzy scheme i say
This company is a **** if you bid on a car and its potential car that can get more then they dont let it go if it dont reach a certain price they wanted then they keep it back and put it back in the bid so you never win and when you wana pull out you got pick on a car you just viewed and now the want a admin fee coz you pulling out just to get off your deposite its a money making stradegy i say now you cant get a full refund unless you stay in

As per our GoBid | Terms and Conditions | Cars from R30 000 , you therefore forfeited your deposit because you are in Breach of Sale, and therefore you are not entitled to a refund. Bidders pay an auction deposit as a standard practice, and non-payment of any item bought with any Auctioneer in South Africa (not just GoBid) will result in you losing your deposit. These are standard auction rules in South Africa.
Furthermore, when bidders like yourself fail to pay for vehicles, that causes frustration for the other bidders who were bidding against you, as they could have purchased the vehicle.
In future, please fami****ise yourself with our publicly available GoBid | Terms and Conditions | Cars from R30 000, or alternatively call our Customer Care line on *** in order to get information before you bid.
