PATHETIC SERVICE
I placed my car on offer as a non-runner. Got an offer of R30000. This amount was CONFIRMED again when I asked for a higher amount, I then accepted their offer.
This amount just got to R15000, with an excuse of a "typo" How does one mistake a 30 for 15.
I declined some offers because of this.

The R30k offer, was based on the vehicle being a runner, and the "typo" you are referring to is that we did not say that the offer is based on a runner. On further communication with you, we realised that the vehicle is a non-runner, and had to adjust our offer accordingly. Any person purchasing vehicles would follow the same practice. We are sorry you were unhappy with the process, and wish you all the best in the sale of your car.
