Non existing service from GoBid Kempton Park

We have bought a car at GoBid in Kempton Park and have to collect it today, 8/7/2024. Our driver is there, and they told him to wait for 45 minutes before he can get the car, the gates are closed and no one is assisting, they say the car is parked with a lot of cars around it and the forklift is broken, they are unhelpful, and it is costing us extra money now for our driver to wait which GoBid will not reimburse us. We are phoning the head office they keep on transferring us to the Kempton Park branch and we are holding on for more than 15 minutes listening to the music but not response. We phoned again requesting to speak to customer service and all that the lady did was saying I'll transfer you and now again we are holding on forever. Now that our driver is asking what is going on, a lady there is saying he must come back later as they cannot assist him now. The release documents have been received by use and now there is a delay, and this is without any notifications. Again, I say this is the worst service we came across at GoBid and we buy a lot of cars through them. We urgently need someone to take action against this non existing service. We also claim that the car must be delivered to us in 1 day on their cost as we have lost a lot of money as of now.
