No vehicle registration paperwork

I bought a car on auction at the Kempton Park branch on the 13 of June 2024, I sent all relevant documents for the transfer/registration to happen. It’s almost a month I don’t have any registration paperwork for the vehicle I fixed the car but there’s no way to test drive it since it doesn’t have a number plate. Everytime I call the response is we’ve sent a follow up with our third party who deals with registration and we’ll come back to you. Worst’s experience ever!!!
