<div>I bought a vehicle advertised as a runner only to discover that it doesnt start (non runner)since tuesday didnt get any assistance from Gobid nor getting any refund as i was promised. Im stranded in joburg as i came to pick up the vehicle and seemingly Gobid doesnt care . They dont even bother to give you feedback or answer emails.</div>

We also encourage all customers to visit our branches Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm for viewing before purchasing any item in order to fami****ise themselves with the condition of the car. When a refund complaint is received, an internal investigation must first take place in order to understand the body of facts. In this case, we did refund the client.
