****mers! they refusing my refund, even after sending everything they need!

They are reffusing my refund, they keep saying i need to send bank statement and when i send it they refuse my withdrawal, i keep calling them and now its been 3days and i make sure with them i sent the correct document but when its time to pay my money its a different story, same excuse, ive been sending the same document 3days in a row, i call them each time and they go over the statament but when its time to approve my withdrawal its excuses after excuses, these guys are ****mers please be aware!
