I bought a car at GoBid on the 31st of January 2024 and they charged documents handling fee of 2500 to register the in my name, however they didn't register the car in my name firstly they advised that there's a Admin mark in my name and drove to Sandton DLTC and they gave me proof that there's no Admin mark in my name then I provided them with the proof and since then they have been delaying and misleading me. I have a proof of trail mails where they were telling me all the lies and they didn't advertise the car with paper delay mark. Today is the 21st of March and my documents are still not available nor the registration been done. I fixed the car to sell it and the potential buyer has lost interest because I don't posses registration documents, they have ****med me with false marketing and they took my 2500 for registration whereas they are selling me a car that doesn't have documents. I am seeking legal assistance against them and I will make sure that they are known for ****ming people. I have emails as proof and pictures of the listing of the car without paper delay notice and I have proof of payment and invoice for document handling fee... They are not only ****ming me but also violating my rights as their customer. They are bullying me and I am now paying attorneys to get my documents and get service from them
