Lack of honesty but full of unfair facts

On the 24th of April we bid a 2006 Volkwagen Touran 2.0 FSI GREY at Polokwane. The car looked stunning and deceiving on the pictures as it made us take action and travel from Gauteng to go and collect it ,unfortunately the car is definitely not on a moving state the oil leaks like no ones business, yet we are currently the one who seem like we are holding the losing stake. We would truly love your assistance on this as it is said that you would first need to sell the car before we get our refund which wipes off every honesty and agreement that we as consumers know ,we wanted the car as our daily need not as a stripping vehicle to swap for cash. We’ve followed your terms and conditions by all costs but never got the same trust and service from you , and now we kindly ask for assistance, I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by this week I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.
