HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION PAPERS

Bought a code 2 vehicle and fixed it within a week. On the website it says that the buyer will wait for 7 days to receive vehicle papers.

I bought it on the 24 January 2024 till today I haven't received the papers, but I have been reminding them each an every day but the service I have been receiving is so poor. I am stuck with a vehicle that doesn't have papers.
