Gobid terrible Customer service

Pretoria Branch intention describes cars using misleading titles then refuses to take responsibility. They intentionally describe cars with wrong descriptions to influence price. I was won an auction for a 2006 ford Ranger, 4000 V6 4x4 only to discover it was a 4x2 upon collection. This is a huge knock as it affects its selling / buying price.I then requested cancellation or correction of which they then want to charge me 10% for cancelling the sale for a fault thats theirs. Its like saying your selling a 2021 ranger only to realise its a 2001 then they refuse and say they're not responsible for the vehicle description. They'll say a car is a runner, when you get it its a non runner when you refuse to take it they charge you. Am taking my business elsewhere thank you. I'd advise you do the same I bought 3 different cars at different branches totaling over R200K, am in the business of buying and selling and I'll stick to other auctioneers. Am deleting my account with them
