Gobid still no refund me even after 12 days

Its been 12 days waiting for my deposit.

I even sent an email with required documents because l know there would be some stupid excuse that there are outstanding documents but still it has not yet been processed. There documents are also there on their website then after 12 days they send me a stupid email claiming proof of deposit is not there, like *** are you that lazy to not check your emails or my profile before sending me nonsense. I called last week to check and the lady who answered gave me an attitude and dropped my call. This is the worst auction house really.
