I purchased a vehicle online on 05/09/2023. The process of bidding, paying and collection is really unfriendly and simple. I had an issue with the fact that we did not receive everything that was shown on the pictures. The battery was changed to smaller battery, the spanners was removed and the number plates. It also takes very long to get the vehicle released, please give us everything we pay for.
