Gobid is not transparent

Hi My reference CST240399

Yesterday I did bid a car and I did not get the confirmation sms or email the gobid support team wa rude to tell me that If I didn't get a congratulations message then what makes me think I have won the bid

But now I was forced to pay for the actual car I don't really want and to commit myself to extra bidding I think someone doesn't do the job right or maybe they wanted the car for someone I guess...I say that because now I am getting a congratulation massage on a same car that you guys said I didn't won...it is my first time to bid with gobid but your service is comprised...now I don't what to do because the same car I want I did not get and already paid for another one that I was mislead by you guys
