Gobid in Hiding

Bought a vehicle 11 working days ago on the GoBid Auction. They tell the clients that paperwork will be couried to your door within 7 working days. I called numerous times and finally thought this lady was legit. Her name is Bongi. She promised to call back with feedback but never did. Their claim is that the License department is closed in Jhb. When I told her that all Cape Towns licensing departments are fully operational and it was insanely weird why Jhb is closed. Deon van der Merwe I have requested your assistance from your Team to no Avail. They don't respond to the whatsapp at all. Don't advertise falsely about the 7 days. You have deducted R2300 for paperwork and I would have done it I 1 working day. The Consumer Act should know about this. I have proof for all my calls. The whatsapp text and yes all the calls are recorded. Please advise Urgently
