Gobid hoarding deposit for too long
These guys keep your deposit for longer than necessary. It just does not make sense. I bank with FNB just like them but still have not received my refund 9 days later yet they claim that refunds take between 4 and 7 days to process. Everytime you call, you're told that it's done.

17 Dec 2022, 10:12Again, same problem of the refund not being processed despite submitting the request on 25 November. This arrogant Tsholo lady keeps asking the same questions every damn time. There's another one named Noni who said on Monday 12th Dec, "I'm processing the refund now and it will reflect tomorrow 13th Dec". On 15th Tsholo dropped the call on me. Well guess what? Today is the 17th and dololo my refund.

We refunded you on the 19th after all documents were received. We apologise that the call dropped, load shedding impacts some of call agents as they work on terminals dependent on UPS to keep their computers running while our generators kick in, which fail from time to time.

27 Dec 2022, 07:24Sometimes learn to accept your mistakes (if it's mistakes and just apologise instead of lying and being defensive). You are old for this sort of thing. There is an issue with paying back deposit refunds, PERIOD. FIX that part of your admin to mirror the rest of your good work PLEASE. By the way, my refund request was submitted of 25 Nov and I have proof, so do not go there. I'm glad I finally got my money back, after I went to Hello Peter for the second time.
