Gobid delayed my paper work
I bought a car from Gobid Jhb on the 20 June 2022 to this day(15/07/22) I've not received the paper work. I'm currently selling the car and struggling to get customers because the car doesn't have papers. Customer just left now because the car doesn't have papers.
I've been calling Gobid to get the papers to no avail. I spoke to Bongi who is supposedly the person responsible for the paper work but she's never available. I've contacted gobid to get the paper work for the past two weeks, nothing is changing.
Gobid should keep in mind that they are dealing with people who are in business who have deadlines and they can't delay people's paper work.
