After bidding for a vehicle on 22 August 2024 and paying for it immediately after, I subsequently find myself STILL waiting for keys for the vehicle, which WAS purchased from WITH keys. It costs me R250 everytime I send my cousin to try to collect the aforementioned vehicle and everytime, they keep him there for hours on end as they search for the keys. I received an email today indicating that there's a cost incurred for storage of the vehicle, however, there's no communication with the staff or management at Gobid Blackheath informing me of their actions to remedy the "lost" key situation. TOTALLY UNHAPPY!!
