Falsely advertised vehicle

Bad customer service, bought a vehicle from them, vehicle was advertised as a Code 2 fixed what needed fixing once papers received the vehicle was rather a code 3 (rebuild) and not what had been advertised, asked for full refund as I don’t deal with code 3 vehicles, been back and forth on calls with no progress whatsoever just promises that everyday they should have an answer for me the next day, this issue is going on it’s 3rd month, highly wouldn’t recommend
