Extremely Slow Refund Process at GoBid
My experience with GoBid's refund process has been incredibly frustrating. They take an unreasonably long time to process refunds, and their lack of communication makes the experience even worse. Consider other options before choosing GoBid.

29 Sept 2023, 13:19You created a refund request on 18 September. On 19 September we emailed you asking for proof of payment in order to process your refund. You only responded on 26th September. As per our T&C, GoBid refunds within 7 days of receiving all correct documentation. We are currently in our SLA.

29 Sept 2023, 13:37I responded to both of your emails, dated the 18th and 19th, confirming that I had submitted all the necessary documents. I subsequently followed up with emails on the 24th, 28th, and today, but I have not received any responses.
