Delay in documents
I purchased a vehicle at gobid in the durban branch on the 22nd of June 2022 and till today i still haven't received the documents for the car. The email clearly stated that i would receive documents 7 days from collection and its been way past 7 days Description: 2012 AUDI A4 1.8T ATTRACTION MULTI (B8) Stock Item: WFGH24UC Location: GoBid Durban
I have sent numerous messages on WhatsApp and the response is always "we will check and revert back to you" and nobody ever comes back to me.

We have resolved the issue and the registration papers have been changed into your name. We will be sending the documents to you via courier shortly.
