Delay in Change of Ownership Process

I know GoBid does not resolve matters on Hellopeter, however this might be the only way to receive a feedback from GoBid for Customer no: CST154057.

As a consumer, there is nothing more frustrating than feeling like you have been taken advantage of by a car auction house. Unfortunately, this is how I am feeling after my experience with Gobid. I bought a car at your Springs branch on the 07th of March 2024 and I was charged documents handling fee, and over 2 months later I still don’t have the documents for the vehicle. I am yet to receive any communication, despite my numerous attempts to reach out via calls and emails, no one responds to emails.

In your terms and Conditions:

22. After you have purchased a vehicle 22.3 GoBid will complete Change of Ownership for you, which is included in your Document Handling Fee, and courier your registration documents to you. This process only begins when you collect your vehicle, and takes about 7 days. Please make sure your address on your profile is correct as this is where we send the registration documents. 23.1 GoBid reserves the right to take 10% of your Sales Order total to a maximum of R5 000 of your deposit as a penalty for any Breach of Sale.

So what percentage are you going to refund me for breaching your policy on turnaround time? And when will I be getting my papers.
