Cars in a very bad condition and SERVICE STINKS

Customer service is very bad. BEFORE you bid you are expected to go look at the car. Its parked in alot where you MAY not enter. They then get a forklift to bring the car out. You wait 1-2 hours. They are unhelpful arrogant and unfriendly. Cars are parked in the full sun and weather. They often have rain damage inside. The reports of the car on the bidding website is not complete. Its minimal it best, and customer service says tough, you should go look at the cars. You cant test drive anything. They dont want you to start the cars. You are supposed to get the full report after you have won the auction, I didnt. I bought a RUNNER and on collection, it had a snapped timing belt. HOW Is that a runner?
