Car Stripped parts after purchase

I bought a car on Gobid auction online. Upon collecting the the next day I noticed the car has been further st********** parts after a successful bid. I notified the brand and they admitted that there's tempering that occurred on their side. I left the car in their yard after having spent 7k for towing fees . It's been weeks and there's no communication from their side. It seems they are running a stripping parts business concurrently with car auction. I then bid for another car and asked them to relocate the funds to another car but that seems impossible as well. 45k down the drain just like that as I paid a top up for the new purchase. Cst25735
