BE AWARE OF GOBID

WARNING: BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE FROM GOBID!!!!

I bought more than 100 cars from Gobid in the past year.My trouble start on 14 July when I bought a Renault Sandero from them. When I got the car,all coilsprings was removed (******).The car was advertised as a starter,but it won't start at all.I immediately called Gobid to inform them I want my money back.After a lot of unanswered phone calls,somebody answered at last only to put you on hold for ever,or you were told that the person who you must speak to is not available at present,but someone will call you back,which of cause never happened. So I tried to communicate via e mail and finally got hold of someone who is willing to help and go out of his way to help. KYLE MOTSSEN is his name. So after a lot of fighting which includes quotations for replacing the coil springs,Gobid finally agree to a refund.Now,according to their webside the money will reflect in your bank account within 7 working days. ANOTHER LIE!! After 10 working days NO payment was made yet and even their financial manager (according to a Mr Jacob or Jacobs) couldn't give me any answers. So I rely on Kyle again and on 20 Aug. only after I bought another car and paid up the difference,this issue was solved,or rather,that was what I thought.

Here is the MAIN reason for my complain: Two days ago I went to the traffic department (Cape town) to reniew my cars license,only to be told by them that I can't do that,because GOBID changed my adress to a J'burg adress. The reason was so that they can register the Renault into my name.A car that's NOT mine. THIS IS *****!!!! It seems to me that Gobid got connections to change any adress and to register any car they want to on someone's name. When I confront Kyle about it,he told me he will investigate.After twenty minutes he called back and apologize. According to him,this was not Gobid that changed the adress,but their agents.

Sorry Kyle,that is a BULL**** story!!!! THIS IS *****!!!

I wrote this complain because I feel it is my DUTY to warn the public about what Gobid is capable of. So be aware of Gobid
