Bad treatment of go bid

I'm writing in regards to the gobid branch in Westrand, we went to view the golf V TDI which they stated that it is starting, which is being auctioned and it is expiring tomorrow at 9:00 am. When we get there the vehicle that is being auctioned the vehicle is not starting they said the diesel is finished so they will buy diesel for it so we can see what is it problem, it took us two hours waiting for them to buy the diesel which they didn't do, then the workers said to us the manager told them they won't buy that diesel until tomorrow, which is the poor treatment that the gobid is giving us because we are biding on the same car which they are not helping us on
