Bad and unprofessional service from gobid

Gobid is disorganised, looks like the employees who works on the ground floor do not know what they are doing,I bought the asset that can start, the car couldn't start after numerous attempt, the guy told me that it is due to a shortage of Fuel,I mean as a first time buyer I wasn't impressed by this,to my surprise also was told to go look for some petrol, the battery that is being used to start the car is joke,no lead on the other side, one person had to hold the jumping cable pushed against where there was a lead,I mean that is totally unprofessional and it is fire hazard, the electrical system of a car can also be damaged as a result of the battery condition, this is a last time I ever did what I did, buying a car through gobid.

All customers have the right to view vehicles in person at our branches before they bid. In accordance with standard industry practice with regards to vehicles sold on Auction in South Africa, buyers purchase vehicles "as is". GoBid is also not a used car dealer and sells motor salvage.

When any vehicle shows "Starter" or “Asset Starts = yes” indicator, this means the vehicle started when we received the vehicle, and due to various factors, and more commonly because vehicles stand for long periods awaiting registration papers, may not start when you collect the vehicle. This does not mean the vehicle is a runner.
