appalling customer service
quick to take money yet one has to go through an excruciating refund process. your whats app line is sleeping and responds in its sweets marry time. management is never available to take calls. consultants are not honest on processes ,finger errors are for the client to fix and follow up on I am not even pacified as a client with an immediate transfer. really appalling customer service
