Account problem no one helps

I was hoping that you would be able to help me, I have sent so many what's apps from yesterday morning and only after 3 hours did they ask for proof of payment, then nothing again I sent 35 what's app messages, 3 emails to this address and 3 emails to *** no reply, can you please help

I have purchase 2 cars from you and have paid full amount on both invoice. I wanted to make a deposit on Sunday to make a bid on Monday. I noticed that I had a negative amount owing to Gobid of R1500. I asked what this was for, but no one replies with an answer. The deposit is R5k, I paid R6.500, can someone please tell me what this is for ?
