A struggle to get my deposit back as promised.
I paid a deposit to GoBid to be able to buy a car on online auction.First it took forever for them to allocate my deposit I then managed to buy from another company.On the 7th I then requested for refund and I was told it takes for to 7days.Yesterday I was told money will be in my account by today but my balance is still R5000.I called this morning I was told I will definitely get it by tomorrow but my account still shows that Ithe money is still in my account.I have no pay for the car I bought but GoBid is not making that possible.I very disappointed by GoBid,this is such an inconvenience.I MEED THAT MONEY ASAP!!!!!!!!

19.6 In the event that a Bidder is unsuccessful at purchasing any item for sale, they may request a full refund of their deposit or request that we keep your deposit until you are successful in purchasing a vehicle. Refunds will be done in 5 to 7 working days after all necessary documentation has been received. Please make sure you upload the following documents to avoid delays with your Refund (1) Copy of your ID (2) Proof of Payment (3) Proof of Banking Details. GoBid takes the security of your money seriously, and will not refund without these documents.
