2011 Peugeot 3008

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding the 2011 PEUGEOT 3008 1.6 THP EXECUTIVE (Stock Item: STABPZJC) that I successfully bid on.

According to the auction details, specifically the "Asset Starts: Yes" attribute, the vehicle was advertised as starting. However, upon my arrival at GoBid Centurion yesterday to collect the vehicle, it would not start. Attempts to jump-start the vehicle were unsuccessful, and the engine was not running at all.

This directly contradicts the information provided during the bidding process, and as a result, I was unable to take possession of the car. I find this situation unacceptable, as the vehicle does not match the description I bid on.

I request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue. I was informed that no one could help me, which I believe is unfair given that the vehicle's condition was misrepresented.

Please advise on the steps you will take to rectify this problem.
