May I please have my money back and you take your budget please.

I am following up on the feedback regarding the impact of Ghost X car immobilizer on the car engine. In January thid year I contacted Ghost X to request clarity on the Power Train Light On, which let me to pay R1,400+ to Ford and I have paid another R1,127 yesterday to Ford again for the same diagnostics for Power Train Light On. Please tell me if this is normal or not? I resorted to Ghost X because I was avoiding monthly payments for car tracking and now I am continuing to pay for the errors on my car to be removed. May I please have my money back and you take your budget please.
