Not paying refunds

After waiting more than 3 months, they finally collected my 2 empty 10kg cylinders. And now they are not refunding me my deposits.

Emails go unanswered for months, claims payment has been made but can't produce proof of payments. Puts the phone down in my ear when I'm on hold and never returns messages.
