Not paying refunds
After waiting more than 3 months, they finally collected my 2 empty 10kg cylinders. And now they are not refunding me my deposits. Emails go unanswered for months, claims payment has been made but can't produce proof of payments. Puts the phone down in my ear when I'm on hold and never returns messages.

No customer service for return of cylinder
I have been trying to return a go-gas cylinder since 26 June 2026. I am not receiving any responses to my emails - I have called numerous times and am always put through to sales (apparently that department will assist) but there is never an answer, and the receptionist keeps saying she will have them call me back. I am still waiting!

Non-existing service personnel as after sales
Great place and service when you're active. Once I try returning the cylinders, which are expensive, there is no response at all. I have sent mails and there is no contact number.

Bad service
Shocking customer service. A family member has now waited 12 days for delivery. They don't often return email queries or phone calls regarding this matter, but when they do it's just empty promises. This is disappointing as their delivery times were always within stipulated time frame on their website.(48 hrs)
