WORST SERVICE WITH RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL MANAGERS

The worst service ever. The manager Judy Snyman is rude and unproffesional to the core. I moved to a new complex and requested my account to be moved over, it was a nightmare, half the month I was still not connected. Sent them a debit order form, for some reason there was an issue with loading my debit order and they couldn't debit, I was not told of this, they disconnected me. I paid the amount via EFT, I'm told I'm still owing for June from my previous complex, I sent a pop of the payment I made in June, They are now suddenly quiet and in meetings. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE ******!!!!
