Terrible Internet service

Absolutely fuming at this stage. Wifi speeds less that 1mbps most of the time and absolutely no real customer care available. Manager came out after numerous complaints ( after months of complaining) on FB messenger from me which resulted in a computer generated problem. We were told on friday that the installation from his view was incorrect and that they will correct it and its Tuesday still no word when this will be corrected. We get told to email them when we have problems but how can u email when you cant even get wifi working therefore we result in using fb messenger which is quicker. We stream tv in evenings which results in one big mess as there is hardly speed to pick up the streaming. Once our contract is done we will definitely be looking into finding a provider that can actual stick to their promise.
