INTERNET/CONNECTION DOWN, DOWN, DOWN!!!!

Hi Go Connect Team, I've been using Go Connect services for some months now and the service has been user friendly, incredible, fantastic. On this day, 12.02.2022, the connection/internet just went down or off. Really???

I CANNOT GET HOLD OF YOUR OFFICE NUMBER, TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR ANYONE OF THAT MATTER....???

I had to buy data for contingencies which is not within my budget & few minutes of 'NO INTERNET' is a huge loss to both my business & job. Will they be any reimbur*****t?

I've also browsed through other reviews - Some subscribers previously complained about internet down issues. Is this something I will frequently experience? If so, I might as well change the service provider. FIX THIS MESS.
