Go Connect service delivery extremely poor

I am extremely disappointed in the service delivery of Go Connect, as a new customer I have been offline more often then on, I need my connectivity issues to be resolved urgently, if this is what having fibre is and at the highest package then I am concerned. How must I work from home if I have no internet?
