Go-Connect My go to provider

I have been with go-connect for awhile now and in general i have had pretty good service.In the beginning it was a bit messy on the billing side but that has been sorted out and have had no issues since.Up time is pretty good,I do get the occasional downtime of about 10-15 mins but resolves itself.I do have one concern as i seem to be getting a fair amount of jitter on streaming sites.Its inconsistent so its hard to open a ticket due to this.I have had quick feedback on support tickets in general.I wish i could remember the name of one of the tech guys that called me as he went out of his way to help me resolve an issue we probably spent 2 hours trying to figure out the problem.It took us a while but he was determined to get things sorted. In general i always recommend go connect when people ask me who my provider is
