No request is ever too big for them! I should have written this review a while ago because even after being with Go Connect for more than three years now, they've only ever exceeded my expectations. From provisioning new accounts on the same day to proactive service fault notifications, and real-time restore updates. The level of service received is something that the larger ISPs simply cannot match! Thank you Go Connect team - and Judy specifically. Judy - you are a service superstar!
