Zero service, at all...

<p>Did an application for my marraige certificate through this service in early May and was told around 4 weeks to receipt of the certificate. 2 full months later and nothing. All email communication requesting the current status is met with requests for the exact same documents I've already provided.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this even a legit service or a money making scheme that take peoples money without providing any service?</p>
